Terms and Conditions

We hope you love our Tussie Mussie candles, but in the unlikely event that you wish to return or refund an item, please read our below terms and conditions.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All returns must be received within 28 days from purchase. To arrange your return, please email us at hello@tussiemussie.london and we will get back to you as soon as possible.


We will notify you once we receive your return. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It make take a few days for the funds to transfer back to your account.


Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns.


We are able to replace an item if it arrives in an unsatisfactory condition such as broken glass. We will need the item to be returned in order to be replaced. Please contact us at hello@tussiemussie.london. We will pay for the shipping costs of the new item but we are unable to cover for the returned item. Please ensure you keep your proof of shipping.
